The property owner had two rental properties. The project started with making two apartments into one even though they were not connected between floors. This challenge began with architectural plans to allow for an open living space- taking advantage of the gorgeous views of Sandy Hook and beyond.
They kept the old kitchen cabinets from early 1900s, which they used in the family room for additional storage. With every design, installing a central A/C system throughout had to be incorporated in the smallest of spaces, carefully designed with master craftsmanship.
ATMR used the existing exterior footprint of the home. We worked closely with the owner to reconfigure the interior space which required a new staircase, custom built-ins and extra storage solutions.
With ATMR’s “all-in-one” interior design and master carpentry approach; this project turned it into a stunning and spacious one family home featuring three stylish bedrooms and two beautifully designed bathrooms.
